UK imposes new wave of sanctions on Russian oil fleet and its insurers

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 25, ARMENPRESS. The UK has expanded its sanctions against Russia by adding 30 oil tankers to its list, according to the information released by the British government.
According to Interfax the sanctions were imposed on vessels transporting Russian oil or petroleum products to third countries.
The majority of the tankers under these new restrictions sail under the Russian flag.
Eight ships registered in Panama have also been sanctioned.
Five tankers flagged in Gabon are now included in the restrictions.
