Armenia relief for Nagorno-Karabakh displaced persons amounts to 75 billion drams so far
YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 21, ARMENPRESS. The Armenian government paid a total of over 75 billion drams in support to the forcibly displaced persons of Nagorno-Karabakh in 13 months, Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Narek Mkrtchyan said on November 21.
“During these thirteen months we provided more than 75 billion 300 million drams in support to our compatriots,” the minister said at the Cabinet meeting. “This includes numerous programs, social, financial and housing support. Although we received some support from international partners, I have to say that 90% and more was directed from the state budget.”
